HOW DO MIMI.NG DELIVER TO BUYERS?

Mimi.ng deliver orders through our own logistics outfit (www.mimil.ng), and through our delivery partners.

We deliver to the doorstep of our buyers anywhere in Nigeria; whether Borno, Sokoto, Yobe, Katsina, Calabar, Bonny Island, Bayelsa, etc, we deliver to your doorstep, except your address is outside the main state capital, which may attract extra delivery charge.


HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO DELIVER AN ITEM TO A BUYER?

Mimi.ng charges three classes of delivery charge: Lagos Delivery charge, Abuja & Portharcourt delivery charge, and Other State Delivery charge. Delivery to addresses outside state capitals may attract extra delivery charge depending on the distance away from the state capital.


LAGOS DELIVERY

We offer next day delivery to Lagos buyers who place order before 10am from Monday - Friday.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 3-day return policy for all items sold on Mimi.ng, but there are conditions for the return to be accepted:


  1. The item must be in good condition and the seal not broken or tampered if it's item that comes with seal like Mobile Phones, Laptops, Computers, etc
  2. Buyer must request for return within 3 days of receipt of the item from our delivery personnel.
  3. Buyer must bear cost of returning the item back to our Lagos address if our delivery personnel has left buyer's address.
  4. We will replace or refund buyer after returned item has been received and confirmed okay by us.
  5. Refund or replacement will take between 2 - 3 working days to process after returned item has been received and certified okay by us.
  6. If you want to request for a return of an order delivered to you after our delivery person has left your address, please send an E-mail requesting for return to: mimidotng@gmail.com with the subject: Order Return Request.  In your email, kindly state reason for requesting return of the item and we will get back to you within 24hrs.
  7. We will refund you total cost of the product you ordered, minus the delivery fee.
  8. Please note that in as much as we keep to our return & refund policy, we have a 100% assurance that you will most likely not reject any order delivered to you by us because we take our time to ensure all products sold on our website meet the product's description and image displayed.
